Development at three levels.

Most of my work is about development, but the problem does not always sit in the same place.

Sometimes the individual needs to develop.

Sometimes the leader needs to develop.

Sometimes the organisation around them needs to change.

My work therefore sits across three connected areas.

The Next Level

Become clearer about who you are, where you are going and what needs to change.

Built around The 7 Levels of Development, this programme helps people step back, understand themselves and deliberately work on the areas that may be holding them back.

Best suited to: Professionals, young adults, community groups and people at a point of change.

02 / LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

The Leader Within

Develop the judgement, communication and responsibility needed to lead others.

Leadership starts with the person, but it goes further. This programme develops the capabilities people need when others begin to depend on their decisions, communication and example.

Best suited to: Emerging leaders, managers, professionals, volunteers and community leaders.

03 / ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Built to Scale

Understand what is getting in the way and develop what the organisation needs next.

Sometimes the issue is not one individual. It may be unclear strategy, weak leadership, poor systems, disconnected teams or technology that has not kept up with the organisation. I work with leadership teams to understand the real problem, decide what needs to change and help put the right people, strategy and systems in place.

Best suited to: Businesses, charities, community organisations and leadership teams.

Not sure yet

Not sure where the problem sits?

You do not need to diagnose it before getting in touch.

Sometimes the first piece of work is simply understanding whether the issue sits with the person, the leadership or the organisation itself.
